Join us online for Day 2 of the public hearings on the Summit Carbon Solutions’ proposed CO2 pipeline segment in Otter Tail and Wilkin Counties. We need you to publicly state your concerns regarding the safety and viability of this project.
The Public Utilities Commission is holding public hearings regarding the Final Environmental Impact Statement recently released MN Department of Commerce. The application for the 28-mile segment by Summit before the MN Public Utilities Commission is applicable to just one fragment of the 240+ miles of pipeline the company is planning to build in Minnesota as part of its proposed 5-state, $8.5 billion Midwest Carbon Express pipeline network.
