There are two ways to support CURE through real estate gifts:
Land that donors would like permanently protected. Because our mission is conservation and we can accept a gift and work with you to get it put into permanent easements with the proper authority. Not all donations of land are eligible for these programs and each will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Land that is gifted for the purpose of leaving a legacy that will provide long-term financial security to CURE and the work we do. This is a gift that the donor understands that we will sell the property with the proceeds going to support the work that CURE does. We consider first and second homes, apartments, retail buildings as well as land.
