Caucus with CURE

Minnesota’s precinct caucuses are coming up on February 3, 2026 at 7pm. Commit to caucus with CURE and help advance protections for our communities around data center development and a zero-waste future.

A caucus is a local meeting facilitated by volunteers from the political party you align with (i.e. DFL or Republican) to prioritize issues for elected officials to work on, elect local party officers, and send delegates to regional and state conventions who will endorse candidates for office.

Whether you’re a caucus pro or new to the process, it’s not hard! CURE is focused on advancing these key resolutions at caucuses this year:

CURE supporters across the state will be bringing these resolutions to their precinct caucuses on Tuesday, Feb 3. The more of us that introduce these resolutions at different precinct caucuses, the more likely they are to become part of a political party platform.

Resolution Resources

What is a resolution? A resolution is an idea, a policy, or a value that you would like to see discussed by caucus attendees. At your caucus, you can submit resolutions in writing for consideration and inclusion into the party’s platform as well as for discussion by attendees.

Resolutions are position statements that can be adopted at the precinct level and advanced to become party positions at the state level. They are good for raising the profile of an issue and forming candidate’s campaigns by showing what is important to Minnesotans.
